Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BrightAILabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

BrightAILabs provides web development, AI automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements between us and our clients.

Project Agreements

Before starting any project, we will provide a written proposal or agreement that outlines:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment schedule
  • Revision policies
  • Ownership and licensing terms

Work begins only after written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any required advance payment.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A 50% advance payment is required before work begins
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI (India), or PayPal (international)
  • All prices are in INR for Indian clients unless otherwise specified

Revisions and Changes

Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes to scope may incur additional charges. Significant changes to project requirements after work has begun will be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, materials, and data you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom work created specifically for your project. This typically includes:

  • Custom website code and designs
  • Custom automation scripts and tools
  • Custom graphics created for your project

Third-Party Components

Our work may include third-party tools, frameworks, or libraries (such as open-source software). These remain subject to their original licenses.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or any sensitive data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes. If you require strict confidentiality, please let us know before the project begins.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work and will make reasonable efforts to address any issues. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes
  • Websites and software are provided "as is" after the warranty period
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client modifications to delivered work

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightAILabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
  • Advance payments for incomplete work may be partially refundable at our discretion
  • Upon request, we will provide any completed work and materials

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
